CO <;') .'.~ -< 0 o<~ 0 "'r) -1 U1 "'r) -..".. r ~- 0 :r:: ITl rti -tJ J> en rt] =::3 r- ::u 0 r- J> (/l ~ t:.rJ r-v ;><: J> <:::) -- ....c (f) (f) ADDITION AGREEMENT ;( ~0"7otJg93-----'_n_'- - C_ARGILLADDITION IN THE CITY OF.WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA a I f'\,) ir 0 - 0 I --.J 0 0 co CD .-.~ W ~ <:;> <:'::> THE UNDERSIGNED SUBDIVIDER as owner of a tract of land comprising all of Lots One (I) and Two (2), Cargill Addition, an Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing approximately 135.74 acres more or less; desires to have subdivided as an addition of the foregoing tract ofland located within the corporate limits of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the Wood River City Council for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed addition, to be known as CARGILL ADDITION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements and streets belonging to such addition, with the lots designated by number, easements by dimensions, and streets by name, and proposes to cause the plat of such addition when finally approved by both the Regional Planning Commission and the Wood River City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication ofthe easements to the use and benefit of public utilities, and of the street to the use of the public forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said CARGILL ADDITION, the SUBDIVIDER hereby consents and agrees with the City of Wood River, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following improvements: I. The SUBDIVIDER agrees to waive the right to object the creation of any paving or repaving district for 140th Road where it abuts the subdivision and agrees to petition the Wood River City Council for the paving of said 140th Road where it abuts the addition as an assessment district with the entire cost of the paving of said 140th Road where it abuts the addition to be assessed against the lots in CARGILL ADDITION. 2. Y{ill~r. Public water is not currently available to the entire addition and the SUBDIVIDER agrees to extend, provide water service to all lots in the addition through the creation of a water improvement district which the SUBDIVIDER agrees to request. The water improvement district so created shall be an assessment district and the cost to extend the public water service to the addition from the current city main shall be assessed to the lots within CARGILL ADDITION.
