<br />A tract of land comprising all of that part of Lot 1 Mainland which lies in the Northeast
<br />Quarter; all of Lot 1 Island; the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter excepting

<br />of the Northwest Quarter except the Easterly 2 rods thereof and the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of
<br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described as follows: A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as
<br />follows: First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of
<br />said Northwest Quarter; thence running south along and upon the west line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter, a distance of 918.7 feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence
<br />deflecting left 90 degrees 00 minutes and running east, a distance of 248.0 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00 minutes and running south a distance of 165.0
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00 minutes and running west a distance of
<br />248.0 feet to a pointon the west line of said Northwest Quarter; thence north along
<br />and upon the west line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 165.0 feet to the
<br />Actual Point of Beginning; the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 10 North, Range
<br />11 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska except a certain tract
<br />of land consisting of varying width strip, adjacent to the road right-of-way along the
<br />East side of said tract deeded to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska by Quit Claim
<br />Deed recorded in Book 128, Page 273; excepting certain tracts deeded to Wilbur J.
<br />McCumber and Bernadine M. McCumber, husband and wife, in Deed Book 152, Page
<br />49, as Document No. 82-001284, and as Document No. 82-000465; and a certain
<br />tract deeded to Wilbur J. McCumber recorded as Document No. 81-005036.
