<br />Know Ail Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Loyd A. Luehr and Judith A. Luehr, husband and
<br />wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the 26th day of July,
<br />1995, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of
<br />Nebraska, on the 17th day of August, 1995, as Document No. 95-105561 of the records in said office
<br />conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain real estate in said Deed of Trust described in trust to
<br />secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein, and described as follows:

<br />
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or
<br />owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever,
<br />all the right, title and interest which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said
<br />real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater
<br />certainty.
<br />
<br />To Have and-to-H-old the Same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging forever. And Further, that the said Trust Deed is by these presents to be
<br />considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
