<br />SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION shall also apply to Lots One (1) through

<br />Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1)
<br />through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, (a replat of Lots One (1) through Four (4), Block Two (2) in Summerfield
<br />Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />2. The following definitions shall apply to this DE CLARA TION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD
<br />ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND SUMMERFIELD
<br />ESTATES FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION:
<br />
<br />a. "Association" shall mean the homeowners' association to be formed by
<br />the merger of Summerfield Estates First Subdivision Homeowners'
<br />Association and Summerfield Estates Fifth and Sixth Subdivisions
<br />Homeowners' Association to be known as "Summerfield Estates
<br />Subdivision Homeowners' Association" and its successors and assigns.
<br />
<br />b. "Owner" shall mean an owner of:
<br />
<br />i. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) or Lots One (1)
<br />through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />
<br />11. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1) and Lots Five (5)
<br />through Eight (8), Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and Lots One (1) through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates
<br />Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, (a replat of Lots One (1) through Four (4), Block Two
<br />(2) in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />c. "Properties" shall mean and refer to:

<br />1. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1)
<br />through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />
