<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gary D
<br />Christensen to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary,
<br />dated July 1, 2002, and recorded July 2, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No. 0200207015, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br />request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
