Lafayette, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />A. LESLIE is the owner of certain real property commonly <br />known as 1720 N. Lafayette, said premises being legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18) SCARFF'S ADDITION <br />TO WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br /> <br />and is the owner of certain real property commonly known as 1724 <br />N. Lafayette, said premises being legally described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18) SCARFF'S ADDITION <br />TO WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br /> <br />C. The driveway improvements and garage on the respective <br />properties adj oin and abut each other, along a common property <br />line between. the two properties, and neither driveway improvement <br />alone is sufficient to accommodate the vehicular traffic relating <br />to the use of the respective properties; but both driveway <br />improvements, together, are sufficient and adequate for the <br />vehicular traffic of both properties. <br /> <br />D. By this Easement, LESLIE wishes to make provisions for <br />the unobstructed use of said respective driveway improvements for <br />ingress and egress and for the maintenance of said improvements <br />for the properties' benefit. <br /> <br />E.
