<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Decd of Trust executed by Larry J.
<br />Toner and Rose Ann Toner, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK f/k/a BANK
<br />OF WOOD RNER, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated April 18, 1989, and recorded April 25, 1989, as instrument number 89-102090 in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
