<br />200609849 <br /> <br />20\'0.11)14 <br /> <br />6. Electrical Service. The Subdividers shall design, construct and install a conduit for a <br /> <br />public electrical line in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of <br /> <br />Utilities, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br />7. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br /> <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br /> <br />right-of-way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />8. Sidewalks. The Subdividers shall install and maintain public sidewalks <br /> <br />adjacent to Curran Avenue and Carleton Avenue when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk <br /> <br />shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. <br /> <br />9. Driveway Access. Driveway access to Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of <br /> <br />the subdivision shall be from Curran Avenue. Driveway access to all other lots in the subdivision <br /> <br />shall be from Brennan Lane. <br /> <br />10. Outlot A. Uses on Outlot A shall be limited to drainage, utilities, landscaping <br /> <br />and paved driving surfaces, and pedestrian walkways as identified in the Development Plan. The <br /> <br />landscaped area of Outlot A shall be at least thirty (30) feet from an adjoining property line or right <br /> <br />of way line except this may be reduced to ten (10) feet where a six (6) foot tall sight-obscuring fence <br /> <br />is installed and maintained between an adjoining property line on the exterior of this subdivision. <br /> <br />11. Landscaping. The Subdividers agree to comply with the requirements of the <br /> <br />Landscaping Regulations of the City of Grand Island, and plans as submitted to and approved by the <br /> <br />City's Building Department.
