<br />200609849 <br /> <br />2.f11.tj14 <br /> <br />portion of any building constmcted (including architectural features) shall exceed a height of35 feet <br /> <br />above the center of the intersection of Curran A venue and Carleton Avenue. <br /> <br />3. Paving. The Subdividers agree to install, maintain and repair at its expense <br /> <br />concrete pavement along Brennan Lane within the subdivision. The Subdivider agrees that when <br /> <br />constructed in accordance with the Development Plan, Brennan Court will not meet City of Grand <br /> <br />Island street standards. The Subdividers agree not to request that the City of Grand Island undertake <br /> <br />maintenance or responsibility of Brennan Lane unless the street is improved to City standards in <br /> <br />place at the time the request and right-of-way is dedicated to and accepted by the City of Grand <br /> <br />Island. <br /> <br />The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any repaving <br /> <br />district for Curran A venue or Carleton Avenue where they abut the subdivision. <br /> <br />4. Water. The Subdividers shall extend, connect, and provide water service to <br /> <br />all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br />5. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers shall extend, connect and provide sanitary <br /> <br />sewer service to Lots One (1), Two (2), Four (4), Five(5), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), <br /> <br />Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), in accordance with plans <br /> <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works and subject to city inspection. Lots <br /> <br />Three (3), Six (6) and Seven (7) shall connect to existing public sanitary sewer manholes as per <br /> <br />Standard Plan Drawing #129A. Lot Three (3) shall connect to manhole #501-3-2; Lot Six (6) shall <br /> <br />connect to manhole #501-4; and, Lot Seven (7) shall connect to manhole #501-3-1, all subject to city <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
