The water infrastructure located on the west lot line of Lot One (1) shall be public water. <br /> <br />Easements shall be dedicated for all portions of the public water system to be maintained by the <br /> <br />City of Grand Island. <br />(C) Sewer: A private sewer system constructed to City standards and specifications <br /> <br />approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection may be built and <br /> <br />maintained by the Subdivider to serve buildings and facilities on Lot One (1). The sewer <br /> <br />infrastructure located on the west lot line of Lot One (1) shall be public sewer. Easements shall be <br /> <br />dedicated for all portions ofthe public sewer system to be maintained by the City of Grand Island. <br /> <br />2. Lot Two (2) Requirements. The Subdivider agrees that Lot Two (2) of Pede or <br /> <br />Second Subdivision is intended for future development. The City will not require the extension of sewer and <br /> <br />water lines to serve this lot but will not allow future development of Lot Two (2) until such time as services <br /> <br />have been extended to the north line of said lot. <br /> <br />3. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agrees to <br /> <br />extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and <br /> <br />specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br />4. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br /> <br />Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision in <br /> <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the <br /> <br />City's inspection. <br /> <br />- 3- <br />
