Plaintiff shall have quieted in her the 1999 Chevy <br />Astro Van, VIN# 1 GNEL19W2XB18459, subject to any indebtedness thereon, holding Defendant <br />harmless therefrom. <br />9. REAL EST ATE. That Plaintiff shall have quieted in her the marital home located <br />at 1408 E. 15th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, subject to any indebtedness thereon, holding <br />Defendant harmless therefrom. That Defendant shall sign a Quitclaim Deed within ten (10) days of <br />the date the Decree of Dissolution is filed with this Court. <br />10. LIFE INSURANCE. 401 K SAVINGS PLANS. AND PENSION PLANS. That each <br />party shall keep any life insurance, 40 lk savings plans and/or pension plans in theirrespective names <br />as their sole and separate property. <br />11. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Each party shall have quieted in them all items of <br />personal property in their respective possessions. <br />That each party shall have quieted in them any and all checking and/or savings accounts in <br />their own names. <br />12. HEALTH INSURANCE. Both parties shall carry health insurance for the minor child <br />so long as same is available through their respective employers. <br />13 . TAXES & DEPENDANT EXEMPTIONS. The Plaintiff shall claim the minor child <br />as an exemption for State and Federal income tax purposes every year. <br />14. MARITAL DEBTS. <br />Plaintiff shall be solely responsible for the following debts: <br />A. Grand Island Clinic in the approximate amount of$I,200.00. <br /> <br />Defendant shall be solely responsible for the following debts: <br />A. 2002 Federal Tax in the approximate amount of$I,555.55; and <br />B. Grand Island Clinic in the approximate amount of $500.00. <br /> <br />The husband agrees that he will not hereafter make any purchases or contracts or incur any <br />expenses, debts, charges or liability in the name of or upon the credit of the wife or any liability <br />whatsoever for which the wife, her legal representatives, her property or her estate will or may <br />become liable and he shall pay and shall hold the wife free and harmless from any and all liability <br />for any debts that he personally incurred after February 1, 2005, which is the date ofthe separation <br />of the parties. <br />
