<br />200607967 <br /> <br />1. JURlSDICTION. The parties hereby specifically acknowledge and submit <br />themselves to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, with regard to all <br />matters relating to the subject matter and rights of the parties under this agreement. <br />2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement shall become binding upon the parties and <br />their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns immediately following the dissolution <br />of their marriage in the pending proceedings provided that the provisions of this Agreement are <br />approved by the Court. <br />3. CHILD CUSTODY. That there was one (1) child born the issue of the parties, <br />namely: Manuel R. Medina, born September 4, 1993. That said child was adopted by the Defendant <br />on March 23, 1995. That Plaintiff shall be awarded the permanent care, custody and control of the <br />minor child of the parties, subject to rights of visitation in Defendant pursuant to Wilson v. Wilson <br />(schedule attached). <br />4. REMOV AL FROM JURISDICTION. The parties hereby acknowledge that at the <br />present time the Plaintiff and Defendant reside within Nebraska. Ifin the future the Plaintiff should <br />decide to move from the State of Nebraska with the minor child, the Plaintiff hereby acknowledges <br />that she has been advised and understands that application must be made with the Hall County <br />District Court prior to the time of such move. <br />5. CHILD SUPPORT. That Defendant shall pay child support in the amount of$88.00 <br />per month (See Child Support Calculator attached hereto and made a part hereofby reference). Said <br />child support shall be payable to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 83307, <br />Lincoln, NE 68501-3307 for disbursement to Plaintiff for the benefit of the minor child. Payment <br />of said child support shall commence May 1, 2006 and continue in a like amount on the 1 st of every <br />month thereafter until the first day ofthe month following the month the minor child marries, enters <br />the military service, reaches the age of 19, dies, is emancipated, or until further Court order, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />6. HEALTH CARE EXPENSES. That Plaintiff shall pay the first $480.00 per year of <br />any out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses. That any out-of-pocket medical, dental and <br />vision expenses above $480.00 per year shall be split equally between the parties and reimbursed <br />within 30 days upon written verification and request. <br />7. ALIMONY. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />
