200607526 3. Paving. The Subdividers agree to install, maintain and repair at its expense concrete pavement along Brennan Court within the subdivision. The Subdivider agrees that when constructed in accordance with the Development Plan, Brennan Court will not meet City of Grand Island street standards. The Subdividers agree not to req uest that the City of Grand Island undertake maintenance or responsibility of Brennan Lane unless the street is improved to City standards in place at the time the request and right-of-way is dedicated to and accepted by the City of Grand Island. The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any repaving district for Curran Avenue or Carleton Avenue where they abut the subdivision. 4. Water. The Subdividers shall extend, connect, and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. S. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers shall extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 6. Electrical Service. The Subdividers shall design, construct and install a conduit for a public electrical line in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Utilities, and subject to the City's inspection. 7. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public right-of-way or to other drainage systems.
