. , 200607302 5. Severability. It is the intent of this Assignment to confer upon Assigriee--tliC rights and benefits hereunder to the full extent allowable by law. The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision hereof shall not render any other provision or provisions contained herein unenforceable or invalid. Any provision found unenforceable or invalid shall be severable from this Assignment. 6. Acceptance of Assienment. This Assignment shall be deemed to be and shall become effective upon the execution hereof by Assignor. It shall not be necessary for Assignee to execute any acceptance hereof or otherwise signify or express its acceptance hereof. This Acceptance to be effective as of December 31,2001.
