That Affiant prepared both the incorrect Warranty Deed <br />and the Corrective Warranty Deed above described, the last deed <br />reflecting the true intent of the parties that upon the death of <br />the life tenant, the remainder interest in said described property <br />would pass to the Grantor, Alvin Denman. <br /> <br />11. That this Affidavit is made in order to explain the <br />above error and omission in the first deed so as to permit the <br />reopening of the Estate of Alvin A.
