AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNMENT, SUBSTITUTION AND TRANSFER OF INTEREST OF TRUSTOR WHEREAS, a certain Deed of Trust was entered into on the 15th day of March, 2004, by and between Tamie Seitz, a single person, and Valarie Keefe, a single person, as Trustors, and Richard Keefe as Beneficiary, such document being filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, and recorded as Document No. 200403022; and WHEREAS, Valarie Keefe is interested in transferring her interest in the property; and WHEREAS, Troy Huff is interested in purchasing Valarie Keefe's interest in said real estate; and WHEREAS, Tamie Seitz and Troy Huff, desire to continue payments to Richard Keefe under the current arrangements of the Deed of Trust on file; and WHEREAS, Richard Keefe is agreeable to the assignment, substitution and transfer of Valarie Keefe's interest to Troy Huff. IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS: 1. In consideration of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) paid by Troy Huffto Valarie Keefe, Valarie Keefe agrees to transfer her interest in the Southerly 23 feet of Lot 6 and the Northerly 43 feet of Lot 5, Block 11, Claussen Country View Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to Troy Huff by Warranty Deed, subject, however, to the Deed of Trust of record. 2. As additional consideration, Valarie Keefe agrees to assign all of her right, title and interest in and to a certain Deed of Trust dated March 15,2004, filed as Document No. 200403022 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, to Troy Huff. ~ oar ~ CT>3 ......(1) (J"Ia. .....,2 o 1/,.00
