The "Index." is the <br />weekly average yield on United States Treasury securities adj\lSj:ed La a consLant maturity of 1 year(s), as <br />made available by the Federal Reserve Board. The most recent Index figure available as of the date 45 days <br />before each Change Date is c.llled the "Current Index. " <br /> <br />If the Index is no longer available, the Note Holder wjll choose a new index whiCh is based upon <br />comparable infonnation. The Note Holder will give me noticel of this choice. <br /> <br />(C) CalculatiOD at Cbanges : <br />Before each Change Date, the Note Holder will calculate my new interest rate by adding <br />TWO AND THREE-QUARTERS percentage points <br />( 2.750 %) to the Current Index. t'ho Note Holder will then rOWld the result of this <br />addition to the Dearest one-eighth of one percentage point (O.l2S %). Subject to the limits; slated in Section <br />4(0) below, this rounded amount will be my new interest rate;until the next Change Date. <br />I <br />The Note Holder will then delt:nnine the amount of the ~onthly paymenL that would be sufficient to <br />repay the unpaid principal that I am expected to owe at the Cllanse Date in full on the maturity date at my <br />new mterest rate in sub$tantially equal payments. The result of this calculation will be Lhe new amount of <br />my monthly payment. <br /> <br />(D) Limits on Interest Rate Chaoges I <br />The interest rate I am requited to pay at the first Change Date will not be grcaLCr Lhan <br />8.750 % or less than 4.750 . %. Thereafter. my interest rate will <br />never be increased or decreased on any single Chllnse Dat~ by more than TWO percentage <br />points ( 2.000 %) from the rate of interest Ihav.e j:leen paying for the preceding 12 months. <br />My interest rate will never be greater than 12. 750 % . <br /> <br />(E) Effective Dote of Changes <br />My new interest. ra~e will become effective on each Ch~lge Date.
