Grantor accepted the bid <br />of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRA TIQN SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR <br />U.S. BANK, N.A., in the sum of Seventy Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Two and 87/100 <br />($77,552.87) as the highest bid upon said real property.
