200603057 ADJUSTABLE RATE RIDER THIS ADJUSTABLE RATE RIDER is made this 27TH day of MARCH, 2006 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned ( "Borrower ") to secure Borrower's Adjustable Rate Note (the "Note ") to HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC. ( "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: 3017 LARAME DR GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803 [Property Address] THE NOTE CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT WILL CHANGE THE INTEREST RATE AND THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. THERE MAY BE A LIMIT ON THE AMOUNT THAT THE MONTHLY PAYMENT CAN INCREASE. THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT TO REPAY COULD BE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY BORROWED, BUT NOT MORE THAN THE LIMIT STATED IN THE NOTE. ADDITIONAL COVENANTS.
