That Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on March 2, 2006, at <br />9:00 o'clock a.m., in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 W cst First <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of Mortgage Electronic <br />Registration Systems, Inc., in the sum of Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty <br />Two and 54/100 Dollars ($42,482.54) as the highest bid upon said real property. Grantor <br />complied with the requirements of the above-referenced Deed of Trust and the <br />requirements of Nebraska Statute S 76-1001 through S 76-1018 in the exercise of the sale <br />of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on March 2, 2006. <br /> <br />7.
