<br />200601969 <br /> <br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties <br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 <br />R.R.S. Nebraska. <br /> <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist, <br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, postpone <br />such sale pursuant to N.eh. ReY. Stat. S76-1009. Thereafter, at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2005, <br />John McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, did offer said property for sale <br />at public auction, and did sell the same to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for the sum of $46,461.28, it <br />being the highest bidder therefor. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. has assigned all of its right, title, and <br />interest in and to such bid to Grantee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $46,461.28 so bid <br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said <br />Matthew 1. Lemburg, a single person, and his successors in interest, were seized or possessed at the <br />time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time thereafter, in and to the premises sold as aforesaid, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Center 1/3 of Lot 1, of Win dolph's Subdivision ofa Part of the WII2 NEII4 and a Part <br />of the EII2 NWII4 of Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 9, West ofthe 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, running thence West of the North <br />line of said Lot 1, a distance of 83.71 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence <br />running South parallel with the East line of said Lot I, a distance of 907.5 feet, <br />running thence West parallel with the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 83.71 <br />feet, more or less, (said distance being the center 1/3 of said Lot at this point); thence <br />running North parallel with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of907.5 feet to the <br />North line of said Lot 1, being 83.71 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; <br />running East on the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 83.71 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this L day of December, 2005. <br /> <br />Eric H.
