All child support payments shall become delinquent the day after they are due. <br />Interest, computed as simple interest, shall not accrue until 30 days after the payments are <br />delinquent. <br />18. In the event Defendant Javier Francisco Saenz fails to pay any child support or <br />medical support payment, as such failure is certified each month by the District Court clerk in <br />cases where courH)rdered support is delinquent in an amount equal to the support due and <br />payable for a one-month period of time, Defendant may be required to appear in court on a date <br />to be determined by the court and show cause why such payment was not made. In the event that <br />Defendant fails to pay and appear as ordered, a warrant shall be issued for his arrest. <br />19. Each party shall provide medical insurance for the minor children if it is available <br />through their employment. <br />20. Plaintiff shall pay the first $480 annually of any medical, dental or optical expenses <br />for each child that is not covered by insurance. Any sum over that amount per child shall then be <br />paid 56% by Defendant and 44% by Plaintiff. <br />21. The following provisions are made with regard to property and debts: <br />a. Defendant shall have quieted in him the real property located at 203 South Blaine <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as Lot 12, Block 11, Ashton Place, an Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Defendant shall solely assume the debt on <br />that property and shall hold Plaintiff harmless. <br />b. Each party is to keep the personal property presently in-his and her possession, subject <br />to any liens thereon, and each shall hold the other harmless for any debt against property in his or <br />her possession. <br />c. The 1993 Toyota is quieted in Plaintiff. <br />d. The 2004 Ford Escape is quieted in Defendant, subject to the debt thereon which he <br />shall solely assume and hold Plaintiff harmless. <br />e. Plaintiff shall pay her student loan debt, the Nebraska Furniture debt and Capital One <br />credit card and hold Defendant harmless. <br />f. Defendant shall pay the Bank of America credit card and any other credit card in his <br />own name and hold Plaintiff harmless. <br />
