2006009~l1 5. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this decree becomes final and operative six months after the date the decree is entered. 6. For aJl other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the decree is entered or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes final and operati ve upon the death of one of the parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was entered. 7. A complete record is wai ved. 8. Neither party shall pay alimony to the other. 9. The court finds that Defendant Javier Francisco Saenz is the biological father of the following children, and that they are children of this marriage: Isaac F. Saenz, bom September 25, 1996; Mar1eny M. Saenz, bom August 29, 1999. 10. Plaintiff Ammie Marie Saenz is a fit and proper person to have custody of the children of the marriage, and is hereby awarded the care, custody and control of the above- named children of the marriage, subject to the right of reasonable visitation by Defendant. 11. The costs of visitation transportation shall be paid one-half by Plaintiff and one-half by Defendant. 12. Either Plaintiff or Defendant may make emergency decisions affecting the health and safety of the minor children while said children are in her or his physical custody. 13. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. S43-381 (Reissue 1993), both parties shall have full and equal access to the education, medical and other pertinent records of both of the minor children. 14. Plaintiff shall have the right every year to claim the minor children as dependents for income tax purposes. 15. Defendant Javier Francisco Saenz shall pay support for the children of the marriage in the amount of $332 per month for two children and $274 per month for one child, beginning October 1, 2005 and continuing on the first day of each month until each child individually attains the age of 19 years or until further order of the court. Said support payments are to be made through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 82849, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501-2849. 16.
