<br />RE-RECORDEO <br />200600814 <br /> <br />200600669 <br /> <br />Suite (insert number), WEST F AIDL,EY MEDICAL <br />CENTER CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Every such description shall be good and sufficient for all purposes to sell, <br />lease, convey, transfer, encumber, or otherwise affect the Suite and all other <br />appurtenant properties and property rights, and incorporate all of the rights <br />and burdens incident to ownership of a Condominium Suite and all of the <br />limitations thereon as described in this Declaration and the Plat or Map. Each <br />such description shall be construed to include a non-exclusive easement for <br />use of all of the Limited Common Elements appurtenant to said Suite, and all <br />of the general Common Elements. <br /> <br />2) EXPANSION OF JURISDICTION. The Suite Owners may expand the <br />Condominium or may merge or consolidate with an adjoining condominium <br />regime upon the unanimous consent of all Suite Owners. <br /> <br />3) Notices. Notice of matters affecting the Condominium may be given to Suite <br />Owners by the Association or by other Suite Owners in accordance with the <br />Association Bylaws. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4. MEMBERSHIP, VOTING RIGHTS AND ALLOCATIONS <br /> <br />1) Membership. Every owner of any Suite shall be a Member of the Association, <br />excluding Persons who hold only a Security Interest. Membership shall be <br />appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any Suite. <br />Ownership of such Suite shall be the sole qualification for membership. <br />When more than one (1) Person holds an ownership interest in any Suite, all <br />such Persons shall be Members; however, the vote for such Suite shall be <br />exercised as they among themselves determine but in no event shall more <br />than one (1) vote be cast with respect to any Suite. <br /> <br />2) Allocated Interests. Each Suite Owner shall be entitled to one (1) vote for <br />each Suite owned with respect to all matters before the Association. The size <br />of each Suite, undivided interest in the Common Elements and Common <br />Expense Liability and votes in the Association for each Suite are set forth in <br />the following table: <br /> <br />6 <br />
