<br />RE-RECORDED <br />200600814 <br /> <br />200600669 <br /> <br />8) Animals. No. a'n imals of any kind, including pets, shall be allowed on the <br />Common Elements or in any Suite at any time with the exception of animals <br />providing assistance to the visually impaired. <br /> <br />9) Nuisance. Nothing shall be done or permitted on any Suite which is or may <br />become a nuisance. No obnoxious or offensive activities shall be conducted <br />on any Suite. <br /> <br />10) Damage or Destruction of Improvements. If any Suite or structure <br />constructed on a Suite is damaged, either in whole or in part, by fire or other <br />casualty, said structure shall be rebuilt in a timely manner, not to exceed six <br />(6) months from the date of damage. <br /> <br />11) Signs. No sign of any character shall be displayed or placed upon any Suite <br />without approval from the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />12) Night Time Lighting. Suites may be continuously illuminated during the <br />period of sunset to sunrise with lights as necessary for security. <br /> <br />13) Further Subdivision. No Suite may be further subdivided without the <br />Approval of the Board of Directors, which Approval shall be within its sole <br />discretion. This provision shall not be construed to prohibit or prevent the <br />dedication or conveyance of any portion of a Suite as an easement for public <br />utilities. <br /> <br />14) Disturbing the Peace. No Person shall disturb, tend to disturb or aid in <br />disturbing the peace of others by violent, tumultuous, offensive, disorderly <br />or obstreperous conduct and no Suite Owner shall knowingly permit such <br />conduct. <br /> <br />15) Drainage. No Suite Owner shall modify or change the topography or <br />contour of any drainage areas or easements, including swales, existing upon <br />any portion of the Condominium. <br /> <br />16) Parking. Parking shall be allowed in accordance with rules and regulations <br />adopted by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />17) General Prohibition. No use shall be made of a Suite Owner's Suite which <br />will in any manner violate the statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of <br />any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the use of said Suite <br />Owner's Suite. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 13.
