YJ 200510858 LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS TRACT A: A Tract of Land situated on the Southerly side of Lot Seventeen (17) situated on the East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SW~) of Section 13, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road and as shown on a plat in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., the Lessor, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot Seventeen (17) and running thence parallel to the Westerly side of the common road and for a distance of Ten Feet (10'); running thence Westerly for a distance of One Hundred Fifty-Nine and Five Tenths (159.5') Feet to where such line intersects the Southerly line of said Lot Seven- teen (17); and which is One Hundred Fifty-Eight and Five Tenths (158.5') Feet Westerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot Seventeen (17); thence running Easterly along and upon the South- erly line of said Lot Seventeen (17) for a distance of One Hun- dred Fifty-Eight and Five Tenths (158.5'), more or less, to the point of beginning. Eighteen (18), for a distance of Twelve (12') Feet; deflecting then Left One Hundred Sixteen (1160) Degrees and running thence Southwesterly t.o the shore line, as the same may exist from time to time based upon the lake level of Kuester Lake; and t.hen running Southeasterly along and upon such shore line to a point, and such point is the Southwesterly end of a line measured as follows: Commencing at a point on t.he Northerly line of said Lot Eighteen (18) and which point is One Hundred Fifty-Eight and Five Tenths (158.5'.)
