CASSEY, each in his and her own right, and as the spouse of each other, and still as Joint Tenants, FIRST PARTIES, and HELENE M.PETERSON, SECOND PARTY. First Parties are now the owners of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventppn (17), on the East side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake. Second Party is now the owner of Lot Eighteen (18) abutting said Lot Seventeen (17), to the South thereof and also on the East side of the West portion of said Kuester Lake. First Parties hereby assign and sell, without further documenta~ion, to Second Party all their leasehold interest in , a triangular tract described as TRACT A.\~he legal description exhibit attached hereto. Second Party hereby assigns and sells to First Parties, as Joint Tenants, without further documentation, all of her interest in a tract described as TRACT B. and as described in the legal description exhibit attached hereto. Each of the parties agree that a new boundary line is hereby established between said Lot Seventeen (17) and Lot Eighteen (18) to conform with the transfers of lease interests herein contained and the Arbitration Agreement dated August 15, 1976 pertaining to the lot line between said Lots 17 and 18 is hereby so modified and such Arbitration Agreement is thereby revoked. Each of the parties also hereby assign to the other the lease rights they now own in the premises that are hereby transferred to the other. Seco~d Party will pay to First Parties, on settlement, the sum of F'ive Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), as the only dollar consideration being transferred under this agreement. There will be no proration of either personal taxes or prepaid assessment to Kuester Lake, Inc. as between the parties and with respect to the leasehold interests hereby exchanged. It is agreed that the 1akefront footage of Lot Eighteen (18) remains at 75 feet and the 1akefront footage of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) remain at 190 feet.
