Tract Four: The West Half of the <br />Section Eleven (11), <br />Range Nine (9), West <br />County, Nebraska. <br />200316148 <br />Southeast Quarter (W' --�SE1-4) of <br />Township Nine (9) North, <br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br />Tract Five: The remainder interest of Kenneth Shultz in the <br />following described tracts conveyed to him by Deed <br />of Distribution recorded as Document No. 92- 103283 <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, to -wit: <br />(A) An undivided one -half (') interest in and to <br />the East Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(E'- �NE'4) , and the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NE'-4SE'-4), all in Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />(B) An undivided one -half (',�) interest in and to <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter ( SE'-4SE'-4) , Section Eleven (11) , <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />(C) An undivided one -half ('-�) interest in and to <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW'-4), Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska (and Kenneth Shultz's present <br />interest in the improvements located upon the <br />North Half (N'�) of that quarter section) . <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantor are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance, except easements and restrictions of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated this /X day of December, 2003. <br />r <br />Kenneth W.
