SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED
<br />KENNETH W. SHULTZ, ALSO KNOWN AS KENNETH SHULTZ, AND NANCY
<br />L. SHULTZ, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as
<br />spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration
<br />of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, received from
<br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />KENNETH W. SHULTZ AND NANCY L. SHULTZ, as joint tenants with
<br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called
<br />the Grantees, the following described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Tract One: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N' -�SEI-4) of
<br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Tract Two: Lot Four (4), (Except that portion thereof
<br />conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Deed recorded
<br />in Book 144, Page 15 of Deeds in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska) and
<br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'- �SW'-14)
<br />(Except the South 442 feet thereof) all in Section
<br />Twenty -two (22), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, together with an easement for ingress
<br />and egress over the Easterly One Hundred (100)
<br />feet of the Southerly 442 feet of the aforesaid
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E',zSWI4) of
<br />Section Twenty -two (22), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,

<br />Tract Three: An undivided one -half interest in and to the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEB), Section Fourteen (14),

<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM a tract in the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE:�,4NEI4) of such Section more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the northeast corner of said Section Fourteen
<br />(14); thence southerly along the east line of said
<br />Section Fourteen (14), a distance of Four Hundred

<br />thence deflecting right 90 °19'30" and running
<br />westerly, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty -three
