<br />Allen Phase III LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Declarant "), is the record owner
<br />of Lots 10 through 13, inclusive, Meadowlark West Third Subdivision, and Lots 9, 13, 14 and
<br />15, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision, subdivisions as surveyed, platted and recorded in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Declarant desires to establish certain covenants and restrictions, and provide easements for
<br />pedestrian and vehicular ingress, egress, passage and traffic as though such lots were
<br />developed and utilized as an integrated shopping center.
<br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS
<br />In consideration of the foregoing Preliminary Statement, which by this reference is repeated
<br />and incorporated in this portion of this Declaration in its entirety, and other consideration, the
