<br />do hereby convey, transfer, dedicate and deliver unto KENNETH A. STEINBECK, TRUSTEE
<br />OF THE OPAL A. STEINBECK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST CREATED BY THE
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 13, 1997 and KENNETH A.
<br />STEINBECK, TRUSTEE OF THE HOLLIS H. STEINBECK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
<br />CREATED BY THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 13, 1997,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Grantees ", a perpetual easement and right -of -way over, across, under,
<br />through and upon the following- described real estate owned by GRANTORS, to -wit:
<br />A thirty -four foot (34') by sixty -three foot (63') tract located in the south-
<br />east corner of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW` /4) of Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as beginning at the northwest corner of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW' /4); thence running southerly, along and upon the
<br />west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Six Hundred
<br />Twenty Two and Twelve Hundredths (622.12) feet; thence deflecting left
<br />89 °37'35" and running easterly, parallel with the north line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Four Hundred Five (405.0) feet;
<br />thence deflecting left 90 °22'25" and running northerly, parallel with the
<br />west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Six Hundred
<br />Twenty Two and Twelve Hundreths (622.12) feet to a point on the north
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4); thence deflecting left 8997'35"
<br />and running westerly, along and upon the north line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Four Hundred Five (405.0) feet to the point

<br />for the use and benefit of that real estate owned by Grantees described as follows, to -wit:

<br />Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S' /2S' /2NW' /4) and the
<br />North Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
