200314268 <br />12. MONEY JUDGMENT: Within 90 days of the final hearing date in this matter, <br />the Petitioner shall pay to the Respondent the sum of $10,000.00, in lieu of further property <br />division. This $10,000.00 shall be reduced by $1,000.00 due to the fact that the <br />Respondent became delinquent in the amount of $1,000.00 on the temporary obligation <br />that was entered by the Court requiring him to pay the Petitioner temporary support in the <br />amount of $750.00 per month. Therefore, the Petitioner shall pay $9,000.00 to the <br />Respondent to satisfy the money judgment provided for in this paragraph. The money <br />judgment provided for in this paragraph shall not accrue judgment interest provided that <br />it is paid by the Petitioner within 90 days of the final hearing in this matter. Due to this <br />provision in this Property Settlement Agreement, the Petitioner hereby releases the <br />judgment that has accrued to her benefit due to the $750.00 per month temporary support <br />award. <br />13. LIFE INSURANCE: The husband shall be awarded as his sole' and separate <br />property, free and clear of any interest of the wife, any life insurance policies presently <br />insuring his life, including cash values accumulated. <br />The wife shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any <br />interest of the husband, any life insurance policies presently insuring her life, including <br />cash values accumulated. <br />14. HOUSEHOLD GOODS FURNISHINGS FURNITURE AND PERSONAL <br />EFFECTS: The Petitioner, Jacquelyn Hahn, shall have set over to her all household goods, <br />furnishings and equipment currently in her possession, and at the family home located at <br />3549 Graham Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska, as her sole and exclusive property, except <br />the following specific items of property which shall be set over to the Respondent as his <br />sole, separate, and exclusive property. The items that are in the Petitioner's possession <br />that the Respondent shall receive pursuant to the terms of this paragraph are: <br />Fishing equipment and boxes Epurn from Paul <br />'/2 of Fishing poles and reels Welder <br />& life jackets <br />Antique fishing lures and rack Table Saw <br />Guns Planer <br />5 <br />
