<br />The purpose of this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS,

<br />VISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, is to declare the
<br />desire of Owner to improve Summerfield Estates Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, by encouraging the sale of lots and the construction of single family resi-
<br />dences.

<br />DESCRIPTION OF LAND
<br />The lands of the Owner which are hereby submitted to this DECLARATION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD
<br />ESTATES THIRD SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, are a fee simple interest in Summerfield Estates Third Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W' /2SW' /4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, all as surveyed and platted and is more par-
<br />ticularly described as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
