200507874 <br />(b) Within fifteen (15) days after written request by Borrower, Lender shall furnish to Borrower a <br />written statement confirming the amount of the Debt, the maturity date of the Note and the date to which interest has <br />been paid. <br />(c) Borrower shall use all reasonable efforts to obtain estoppel certificates from tenants that may be <br />required hereunder or under the other Loan Documents. <br />ARTICLE XI: NOTICES <br />Section 11.01. Notices. Indemnification Covering Property. In addition, and without limitation, to any other <br />provision of this Security Instrument or any other Loan Document, Borrower shall protect, indemnify and save <br />harmless Lender, Trustee and their successors and assigns, and each of their agents, employees, officers, directors, <br />stockholders, partners and members (collectively, "Indemnified Parties ") for, from and against any claims, demands, <br />penalties, fines, liabilities, settlements, damages, costs and expenses of whatever kind or nature, known or unknown, <br />contingent or otherwise, whether incurred or imposed within or outside the judicial process, including, without <br />limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against any of the <br />Indemnified Parties by reason of (a) ownership of this Security Instrument, the Assignment, the Property or any part <br />thereof or any interest therein or receipt of any Rents; (b) any accident, injury to or death of any person or loss of or <br />damage to property occurring in, on or about the Property or any part thereof or on the adjoining sidewalks, curbs, <br />56 <br />
