WHEREAS, after public hearing on June 1, 2005, the Regional Planning Commission recommended the approval of annexing five tracts of land more particularly described below, into the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, after public hearing on June 28, 2005, the City Council of the City of Grand Island found and determined that such annexation be approved; and WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council of the City of Grand Island approved such annexation on first reading; and WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the City Council of the City of Grand Island approved such annexation on second reading.
