200506707 <br />4.3.2 Shall not change the appearance of the common elements, or the exterior <br />appearance of a unit or any other portion of the condominium, without written permission <br />of the Association. <br />4.3.3 After acquiring an adjoining unit, may remove or alter any intervening <br />partition or create apertures in intervening partitions, even if the partition is whole or in <br />part is a common element, if those acts do not impair the structural integrity or <br />mechanical systems or lessen the support of any portion of the condominium. Removal <br />of partitions or creation or apertures under this paragraph is not an alteration of <br />boundaries. <br />4.4 Trash Containers and Collection. No garbage or trash shall be placed or kept <br />on the condominium except in the covered containers of a type, size and style which are <br />approved by the Association. The Association shall have the right to require all owners <br />to place trash and garbage in containers located in areas designated by the Association, <br />and no incinerators shall be kept or maintained on any of the condominium property. <br />4.5 Machinery and Equipment. No machinery or equipment of any kind shall be <br />placed, operated or maintained upon the condominium except such machinery or <br />equipment as is usual and customary in connection with the use, maintenance or <br />construction of buildings, improvements or structures which are within the permitted uses <br />of such property, and except that which Declarant or the Association may require for the <br />operation and maintenance of the common elements. <br />4.6 Diseases and Insects. No owner shall permit anything or condition to exist <br />upon the condominium, which would induce, breed or harbor infectious plant diseases or <br />noxious insects. <br />4.7 Vehicles. Motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, trucks, <br />campers, or similar vehicles may be kept on the condominium in such places and upon <br />such conditions as may be imposed by the rules and regulations of the Association. No <br />such structure, nor any motor vehicles of any kind, shall be constructed, reconstructed or <br />repaired, upon any portion of the condominium. No automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, <br />motorbikes, scooters or other similar motor vehicles which are abandoned or inoperable <br />shall be kept, placed or maintained on the condominium. <br />4.8 SS ms. No signs (including "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs) shall be permitted <br />on the exterior of any unit or building or any other portion of the condominium without <br />the written approval of the Association. <br />4.9 Lawful Use. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful use shall be made <br />on any part of the condominium. All valid laws, Zoning ordinances, and regulations of all <br />governmental bodies having jurisdiction over the condominium shall be observed. Any <br />violation of such laws, zoning ordinances or regulations shall be a violation of this <br />Declaration. <br />
