<br />The undersigned, Melvin E. Zichek and Dorothy V. Zichek, husband and wife,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (E1/2, NE 1/4) of Section 2, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6'
<br />P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said E1 /2, NEI /4; thence on
<br />an assumed bearing of N89 005'09 "W along the south line of said
<br />E1 /2, NEI /4 a distance of 33.00 feet to the point of intersection of
<br />said south line and west right -of -way (R.O.W.) line of North Road;
<br />thence continuing N89 °05'09 "W along said south line a distance of
<br />1280.40 feet to the southwest corner of said E1 /2, NEI /4, said point
<br />also being the southeast corner of Ross - Theasmeyer Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence N00 013'22 "E
<br />along the east line of said Ross - Theasmeyer Subdivision a distance of
<br />676.41 feet to the point of intersection of said east line and the north
<br />R.O.W. line of Nevada Avenue, said point also being the southeast
