ROBERT L. SIEMERS, Personal Representative of the Estate of Betty J. Siemers, <br />deceased, Grantor, conveys and releases to GRANTEE, ROBERT L. SIEMERS, a life <br />estate for his lifetime and the remainder interest to GRANTEES, RICHARD L. SIEMERS, <br />BOBBI A. SIEMERS, MARCIA L. SIEMERS AND RONALD L. SIEMERS, in equal shares <br />as tenants in common, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
