R.R.S. <br />Nebraska 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, Department wishes to lease a portion of the Field as more particularly <br />described on attached Exhibit "A" (the "Demised Land ") as the site for an Army Aviation <br />Support Facility and armory (the "Facility "); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to reduce their agreement to writing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreement contained herein, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE I. <br />PREMISE AND POSSESSION <br />The Authority hereby leases to the Department for its exclusive use the Demised Land for <br />no other use except as agreed to by the Authority under provisions set forth herein. Authority shall <br />retain possession of the Demised Land, subject to current farming leases, until commencement of <br />the lease term as provided herein.
