200505717 <br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />I, RALPH E. ALLELY, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, do hereby designate and appoint my daughter, KAREN <br />SENNENTZ, of Omaha, Nebraska, my attorney in fact to undertake and <br />execute all of the acts and deeds necessary in the conduct of my <br />business and personal, affairs. My attorney in fact shall have the <br />power and authority to perform on my behalf everything which I <br />might perform personally as I intend to grant a general power to <br />act for me. MY- subse uent disability or incaT)acity shall not <br />affect this Power of Attorney and I intend that this general power <br />granted herein shall constitute a durable power of attorney <br />operative under the Nebraska Short Form Act, or any successor <br />statutes thereto. <br />A. I hereby revoke all prior powers of attorney that I <br />have previously executed, except for any powers related to medical <br />care; <br />B. I may revoke this instrument and remove my attorney <br />in fact effective upon recording of a notice of revocation in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />C. Any third party dealing with this instrument may <br />rely only upon the original of this instrument and shall not <br />presume any authority from a copy thereof. <br />ARTICLE I. POWERS <br />The above - described power and authority includes, but without <br />limitation, the following: <br />A. Sell or exchange any part or all of my real <br />estate or personal property for cash or on credit terms; <br />4. Execute deeds, bills, notes or similar <br />instruments; <br />5. Manage, improve, alter, reconstruct, or insure <br />all of my real estate; <br />
