ALLELY, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby designate and appoint my daughter, KAREN SENNENTZ, of Omaha, Nebraska, my attorney in fact to undertake and execute all of the acts and deeds necessary in the conduct of my business and personal, affairs. My attorney in fact shall have the power and authority to perform on my behalf everything which I might perform personally as I intend to grant a general power to act for me. MY- subse uent disability or incaT)acity shall not affect this Power of Attorney and I intend that this general power granted herein shall constitute a durable power of attorney operative under the Nebraska Short Form Act, or any successor statutes thereto.
