Baack, <br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to Robert L. Parker Jr. and Lori L. Parker, <br />husband and wife, being the highest bidder, for the sum of $66,001.00, which sale fully complied with <br />the requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $66,001.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F.
