<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written
<br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such
<br />notice, commencing on April 21, 2005 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the
<br />last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such
<br />sale, in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 26th day of April,
<br />2005, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 1St day of June, 2005
<br />at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to Robert L. Parker Jr. and Lori L. Parker,
<br />husband and wife, being the highest bidder, for the sum of $66,001.00, which sale fully complied with
<br />the requirements of said statute.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $66,001.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Robert L. Parker Jr.
