200505004 <br />the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach <br />and default by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust <br />Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed <br />by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at <br />which sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the <br />Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as <br />aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, <br />who was the highest bidder for the sum of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS($27,000.00) therefore, the property hereinabove <br />described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release <br />and convey to LARSON CONSTRUCTION, INC., its successors and <br />assigns, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by <br />or through said Trust Deed in the above - described premises <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this ;_ 7 day of 2005. <br />Paul J.
