<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the 14th day of March 2003, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 20th day of March, 2003, of the mortgage records
<br />of said county, as Instrument No. 2003 - 03298, the Beneficiary of
<br />which Trust Deed was Five Points Bank, which Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, said assignment recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on March 20, 2003 as Instrument No 2003- 03299; between Gloria E.
<br />Schievelbein, an unmarried person as Trustor, Five Points Bank,
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, wherein the
<br />Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts
<br />therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure,
<br />among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and
<br />interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms
<br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in
