Ohs, Attorney at Law, 1023 Lincoln Mall, Suite 101, P. O. Box 94845, Lincoln, <br />Nebraska 68509 hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" as Trustee of th� Trust Deed hereinafter <br />described, hereby grants and conveys to ®n h a/ d Z � I(.� �, __� 141 <br />_ K. "Grantee ", without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, <br />all of the following described real estate: <br />Legal Description: Lots 44 and 45, in Hawthorne Place, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This sale is subject to any and all unpaid real estate taxes, unpaid special assessments, <br />easements, covenants, restrictions, ordinances and resolutions of record which affect this property. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by a Trust Deed dated <br />November 8, 2004 and recorded on December 8, 2004, as Instrument No. 2004 -11794 in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Dennis A. Horst, Single, is Trustor, and <br />Donald R. Carlson an undivided 70% interest and LuAnn K. Barnes an undivided 30% interest, are <br />named Beneficiaries, and Larry D.
