200502334 The Subdivider agrees to abandon the existing public sewer main in the right -of- -way of Wilmar Avenue that will be vacated for the development of Martin's Third Subdivision. No private sewer service connections will be allowed in Martin's Third Subdivision until the final development plans are approved by the City's Director of Public Works that will vacate the existing sewer main. The new sewer system will not be accepted into the City's public sewer system until the existing sewer system is appropriately abandoned and approved as such by the City's Public Works Department 4. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public right -of -way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of Public Works. The City of Grand Island will grant a License Agreement to the Subdivider to enter upon City property for the purpose of modifying the City's detention cell in accordance with drainage plans as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. All costs associated with any modification of the City's detention cell shall be paid by the Subdivider. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. The Subdivider agrees to install public sidewalks within one year of the completion of any street improvement in accordance with the City of Grand Island Sidewalk Policy. 6. Traffic Control. The Subdivider agrees to construct a traffic signal on Old Potash Highway between Webb Road and U.S. Highway 281 as soon as traffic at the intersection meets warrants as outlined in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
