200502334 <br />The Subdivider agrees to abandon the existing public sewer main in the right -of- -way <br />of Wilmar Avenue that will be vacated for the development of Martin's Third Subdivision. No <br />private sewer service connections will be allowed in Martin's Third Subdivision until the final <br />development plans are approved by the City's Director of Public Works that will vacate the existing <br />sewer main. The new sewer system will not be accepted into the City's public sewer system until the <br />existing sewer system is appropriately abandoned and approved as such by the City's Public Works <br />Department <br />4. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br />right -of -way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. The City of Grand Island will grant a License Agreement to the Subdivider to enter <br />upon City property for the purpose of modifying the City's detention cell in accordance with drainage <br />plans as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. All costs associated with any modification <br />of the City's detention cell shall be paid by the Subdivider. <br />Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by <br />the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be regulated and <br />required with the building permit for each such lot. The Subdivider agrees to install public sidewalks <br />within one year of the completion of any street improvement in accordance with the City of Grand <br />Island Sidewalk Policy. <br />6. Traffic Control. The Subdivider agrees to construct a traffic signal on Old <br />Potash Highway between Webb Road and U.S. Highway 281 as soon as traffic at the intersection <br />meets warrants as outlined in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
