<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to
<br />as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter
<br />described, hereby grants and conveys to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC

<br />Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the 20th day of March 2001, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 27th day of March, 2001, of the mortgage records
<br />of said county, as Instrument No. 0200102484, the Beneficiary of
<br />which Trust Deed was Mountain West Financial, Inc., which Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned to Fleet National Bank, said assignment
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
