Lot Twenty-five (25) of Bachman and Lester's Subdivision located in Section Twenty (20) and Fractional Section Nineteen (19), all in Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9) West of the 6' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. - That portion of Fractional Section 19 and a portion of the SW ' /NW �k SW 1/ of Section 20, all in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Fractional Section 19 distant 891.75 feet South of the South right of way line of West Second Street extended, said point being on the Northerly right of way line of the former Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company; thence Easterly along said Northerly right of way line, and along the Southerly boundary of Bachman & Lester Subdivision, a distance of 540.0 feet; thence South at right angles to the last described course 37.5 feet; thence West parallel with said Railroad Company's Northerly right of way line 540 feet, more or less, to the West line of said Fractional Section 19; thence North along said West line to the Point of Beginning.
