THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of (rust executed by

<br />ROBERT J. MURRAY, as Trustee for the benefit of LYMAN - RICHEY CORPORATION. a
<br />Delaware corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded June 5, 2002, at Instrument No.
<br />02002 -06032 in the records of the office of the Register of Deeds of Hatt County, Nebraska, has
<br />been paid; and the Beneficiary has made written request upon the Trustee that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
