And the legal description of the easement area described in document nwnber 97- 103603, shown on Exhibit "B" is amended to read as follows: "A drainage ditch running cast to west, beginning from a point approximately One Hundred Forty Feet (140 ft.) south of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE)/4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), then proceeding cast to west a distance of Thirty - Five Feet (35 fl.) from a point approximately One Hundred Forty Feet (140 ft.) south of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEl /4), said easement to continue the easement established by a certain Easement Agreement dated July 31, 1986 and recoded with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in document number 86- 105313, said easement to be a width of Ten Feet (10 fl,).
