This License Agreement entered into by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City ", and HARDWARE <br />LAND CO. OF GRAND ISLAND, LTD., a partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Ace ". <br />WHEREAS, Ace is the owner of Lots One (1) through Eight (8), inclusive, in Block Five <br />(5), in Kemohan and Decker Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />vacated Harrison Street north of Third Street; and <br />WHEREAS, Ace intends to expand a commercial building on said property.
